Time cannot be saved. It will flow regardless of your efforts. When there is not enough time it is usually a matter of not having made the right desicions of prioritizing, but even more often it’s just that you have run out of techniques.
You clench your teeth, try harder, run faster, disregard some things and after a while you may start developing physical symptoms – affecting sleep, worries, irritation, tension and imbalance of the stomach are some.
