Ulf’s completely professional, sensitive and ‘soft therapy’ approach was hugely helpful for me and my problem: a lacking ability to deal with conflict without going to pieces. As the ‘client’ I never felt out of control, yet gently led to a conclusion and solution that had been partly mine already but not vocalized until Ulf put the jigsaw pieces together through the discussion before the session. A mental anchor was prepared for me by Ulf, something that suited me alone and when I use it in times of conflict, I can let it hold together the situation that I am in. I can not remember when I had a stomach ache on the way to work last.
Would I go back? Yup. Would I recommend Ulf? Yes. Will he listen without judging? Absolutely.
